Prepare the right products
Step 2:
Dissolve yeast and sugar in 100 ml of warm milk. Leave on for 10-15 minutes until foam appears.
Step 3:
Add flour, salt, remaining milk, eggs, butter (or fat) and knead a smooth dough. Put in a deep bowl, tighten with a film and leave in a warm place until doubled in size, for about 1 hour.
Step 4:
Knead the finished dough, divide into 15 parts, put it in a parchment-lined (or oiled) form (I have 35 * 25), leave for 30 minutes, covered with a towel. Grease the buns that have come up with yolk, bake in the oven, preheated to 180C for 25-30 minutes.
