Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare all the ingredients according to the list. It is better to take the chicken fillet chilled, but if you still have a frozen product, then defrost it slowly in advance on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator - then the fillet will not become dry during cooking.
Step 2:
Wash the fillets, dry them with paper towels. Cut lengthwise into strips 1-1.5 cm thick.
Step 3:
Add salt and pepper to the sour cream. In addition to black pepper, you can use any spices that you like with chicken.
Step 4:
Marinate the fillet for at least 30 minutes. Even better, if it is possible to leave the chicken in the refrigerator for 2 hours or longer. The meat will only benefit from this: it will be soaked with spices and become very tender.
Step 5:
Slightly dry (yesterday's) unsweetened loaf cut into arbitrary pieces and grind in a blender.
Step 6:
You will get a bread crumb. It is much tastier than ready-made breadcrumbs. If desired, you can add your favorite spices, cheese to it.
Step 7:
Roll the pieces of pickled fillet in bread crumbs.
Step 8:
Put the paned fillet on a greased baking sheet. You can cover the baking sheet with a special silicone baking mat (in this case, there is no need to lubricate the baking sheet). Do not forget to turn on the oven in advance so that it has time to warm up. I set the desired temperature and wait usually 10-15 minutes.
Step 9:
Bake in a preheated oven at 190-200 degrees for about 25-30 minutes until lightly browned. The chicken will be ready during this time and will remain juicy. Note that if the chicken is overexposed, it will be a little dry. At the end of cooking for 5-8 minutes, you can move the baking sheet to the upper tier to get a crisper crust. Bon appetit!
Spices and marinade can be changed to your favorite ones or create your own SPECIAL ONES.
If you use ready-made spice mixes, be sure to read the composition on the package. Often, salt is already present in such mixtures, take this into account, otherwise you risk over-salting the dish.
Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information about the features of ovens !
