Step 1:

We cover the filling with dough, which we then fix and grip its edges well.
Step 23:
Twist the tortilla and spread the remaining filling evenly.
Step 24:
We twist the tortilla with the filling twice again and fill its edges well, after which we make incisions along the edge of the tortilla with a knife every one and a half centimeters.
Step 25:
Wrap the tortilla in a tight roll and grip its edges well, then very carefully shift it seam down on a baking sheet covered with parchment and form a pie, after which we remove it to a warm place to part for forty minutes.
Step 26:
After the time has elapsed, we lubricate the pie with egg yolk whipped with a small amount of milk, after which we sprinkle it with sesame seeds to taste and send the baking sheet to the oven preheated to one hundred and seventy degrees.
Step 27:
Bake the pie for about forty minutes until a golden crust appears, after which we take it out of the oven and spread it on the countertop.
