Step 1:
Let's prepare the ingredients according to the list for the tangerine pie. This amount is designed for one or two tea parties for two. Therefore, to prepare such a pie for a large company, accordingly, the number of products needs to be increased.
Step 2:
Tangerines are thoroughly washed, cleaned and peeled and white fibers (white fibers can give the cake a little bitterness). We divide the tangerines into slices and cut them into small cubes.
Step 3:
We drive chicken eggs into a bowl. Add sugar and vanilla sugar. If there is a desire to tinker longer, then the egg whites can be separated from the yolks, and beat them separately with sugar, then combine. But in fact, this does not significantly increase the volume of the biscuit.
Step 4:
Therefore, whole chicken eggs (whites with yolks) can be safely whipped with sugar using a mixer or blender until a dense white foam forms and the sugar completely dissolves.
Step 5:
Pour the sifted flour, combined with baking powder, into the egg mixture. Gently mix with a spoon, you need to stir by turning the dough from the bottom up, in one direction. The dough should have the consistency of a sponge cake.
Step 6:
Grease the cake pan with butter. Pour the prepared dough into the mold. Spread the pieces of tangerines on top. The oven is heated to 180 degrees. We put the form with the dough in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes. You need to focus on the operation of the oven, the volume of the shape and the size of the pie. The pie on top should be slightly browned. Its readiness can be checked with a wooden toothpick. The toothpick should be dry at the exit.
Step 7:
Take the pie out of the oven, let it cool down a little and serve it to the table, with what, coffee or cocoa. Have a nice tea party!
Don't be surprised by the small proportions - I cooked a very small pie.
