Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 50 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

    • Butter must be ground with sugar to a homogeneous consistency (butter should be soft, at room temperature. Take it out of the refrigerator about an hour before cooking) I used a regular fork, but you can use a blender. • Add 5 eggs (enter one at a time) and mix everything well with a whisk

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

    • Now you need to add cinnamon with baking powder. Cinnamon is not required in this recipe. This is a matter of everyone's taste, someone likes it, and someone does not. If desired, it can be replaced with vanelin or vanilla sugar • Add flour (pre-sifted) and mix

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

    • It remains only to add finely chopped dark chocolate (you can grate it on a grater) and mix everything thoroughly

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

    • The dough is ready! A baking dish with a diameter of 22 cm is lubricated with oil (I used sunflower oil), pour the dough into the mold

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

    • Cut the pear into small strips (as shown in the photo) and spread it on top of the dough in a circle (you can press it into the dough slightly) • Bake for 35 minutes at 180 ° C. Do not forget that everyone has different ovens and someone may need more or less time to cook. Check readiness with a wooden skewer (toothpick)

Delicious and quick recipe for pear pie with chocolate, which I cooked for the first time. I want to note that the pie exceeded all my expectations. The whole family liked it!!

In your recipe you can use absolutely any chocolate that you like the most. I preferred dark, in my opinion this is a more successful combination, with milk and white, alas, I did not experiment.

In my opinion, this recipe is unique in that the presented version of the dough preparation can serve as the basis for any sweet pies. You can use any fruit, be it a pear, apples or other goodies.

Experiment, cook something new, and most importantly with pleasure and I want to wish everyone a pleasant appetite!

I hope you like my recipe !!!
