Step 1:

Put four tablespoons of 15% sour cream in a bowl, then add two tablespoons of mayonnaise and three garlic cloves passed through the press.

Add chopped greens to the bowl.

Add a mixture of black and red peppers to taste in a common bowl.

Mix all the ingredients well together in a bowl.

After fifteen minutes, we take the baking tray with eggplants out of the oven.
