Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
To make a biscuit, prepare a bowl for making dough. It must be dry and fat-free, otherwise the eggs will not rise. Break the eggs into it and start beating them. Gradually add sugar to the eggs. Whisk everything together to a fluffy, airy mass.
Step 2:
Sift the flour through a sieve to saturate it with oxygen. Add flour, vanilla and baking powder to the egg mass. Stir with a whisk, very carefully, so that the dough remains lush.
Step 3:
Cover baking trays with pastry paper. Pour the finished dough into three baking trays. The size of the baking sheets, on average, is the same for all home ovens. Bake each biscuit in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 20 minutes.
Step 4:
The finished biscuits will become an appetizing golden color. Cool them to room temperature.
Step 5:
The whole machine must be cut out of the biscuits, in parts. The base of the car will be like this, almost oval. Make three such layers.
Step 6:
Then cut out more details so that in the form of a biscuit you get such a machine. Soak all the biscuits with any syrup or water.
Step 7:
To prepare the cream, whisk the rich cream with powdered sugar into a fluffy cream. The fat content of the cream should be at least 33%, otherwise they will not rise and remain liquid.
Step 8:
Layer all the cakes with buttercream and assemble the machine. On the sides of it, as well, smear with cream. Put the car in the refrigerator for a few hours, preferably overnight, so that the biscuits are well soaked and the cream freezes.
Step 9:
For decoration, melt the chocolate with 50 grams of cream. Cool it down. Use a pastry pencil or a bag to make chocolate contours of machine parts.
Step 10:
For exterior decoration, whisk cream with powdered sugar. With the help of food dyes, color the cream in the necessary colors. From the pastry bag, spread the cream over the entire surface of the machine. Let the decoration stand in the refrigerator for a while. Bon appetit!
