Cooking method
Wash, peel, dry the shins, put them in a bowl, season with salt and spices. Add sour cream to the same place, mix and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
Transfer the shins to the baking sleeve, transfer the sleeve to the baking dish. The oven should be warmed up to 180C. Bake chicken drumsticks in the oven for 40 minutes. It can be served with any side dish. It tastes better to me with potatoes.
