Step 1:
Prepare all the products according to the list. Instead of feta, I prefer fetax, it looks like a block, which is very convenient, because you can cut rectangles the width of fillets. A tomato for this purpose is also better to take a large one.Bacon should be in stripes.It took me twelve strips for six servings.
Step 2:
Thoroughly wash and dry the chicken fillet, remove excess moisture with a paper towel.Cut each fillet into plates (I got two plates from one fillet), then lightly chop it off. Rub each plate with garlic (each time updating the clove slice, removing a thin layer from it), sprinkle with dry spices for chicken, add salt. Do the same on the other side of the fillet.
Step 3:
Put a piece of feta and a piece of tomato on each plate of fillet, roll it into a tight roll, wrap each roll in turn with two strips of bacon and fasten it with two toothpicks for strength.
Step 4:
We put the rolls in a baking dish. It is not necessary to lubricate it with oil. Chicken rolls will be stewed in their own juice, so nothing will burn and will not burn) Between the rolls, I lay the remains of a sliced tomato. We put the rolls in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake for 30-40 minutes. I do it in the oven on the "upper and lower heating" mode for 30-40 minutes, then turn on the "convection" mode and cook them for another five to ten minutes.
Step 5:
After the specified time, we take the yummy out of the oven. Delicious dinner is ready. To add flavor to the dish, it can be immediately sprinkled with fresh fragrant chopped dill and parsley.
This dish is suitable as an independent dinner, it is better to prepare a vegetable salad from fresh vegetables or stewed vegetables as a side dish. A side dish of pasta or potatoes will be very heavy for this dish, since in itself it is quite satisfying and high-calorie.
