I bring to your attention a recipe for a very easy to prepare and very tasty cake called Milk Girl. This dessert is originally from Germany . The dough is based on condensed milk, the Germans used a brand of milk for this, which is called "Milch Mädchen", which translates just as "Milk girl". Any cream is suitable for this cake, you can also add fruits and berries to the filling. Today I'm going to cook this cake with yogurt cream.

The specified amount of dough for seven cakes with a diameter of 18 cm .

1. First we will prepare cakes.
In a bowl for kneading dough, beat eggs and pour condensed milk, mix and add sifted flour with baking powder. Mix everything until smooth.

2. On baking paper, draw circles of the desired diameter, the dough is not applied to these circles with a thin layer. I bake on a silicone mat, instead of marking I use a pastry ring. I fit two cakes with a diameter of 18 cm on the mat. Two tablespoons of dough are enough for one cake.

3. Bake cakes at 180 degrees for 9 minutes, the cakes should be slightly browned.

4. Remove paper from ready-made and still hot cakes, if cakes were baked on a silicone mat, then they are removed from the mat easily. The top of the cakes is sticky, so the cakes should not be stacked on top of each other, but simply spread out side by side!

5. To prepare the cream in cold heavy cream (I use 35%), you need to add boiled condensed milk and beat until dense peaks. Add yogurt to the whipped cream (any yogurt, if the cake is leveled with the same cream, then the yogurt should be without pieces of fruit), and add powdered sugar (to taste), mix everything for 30 seconds until smooth.

6. Assemble the cake (it is more convenient in the ring, and it turns out smoother), smearing the cakes with cream.

7. Align (if desired) the cake with the remains of the cream and sprinkle with coconut chips.

8. Leave to soak for a few hours, or preferably overnight.

Bon appetit! Cook with pleasure !
