Composition / ingredients
Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
All ingredients must be at room temperature.
Step 2:
I remove the peel from the orange only the bright part. White will be bitter.
Step 3:
I squeeze the juice from one half (for icing sugar), peel the second half, cut it for convenience and punch it with an immersion blender in puree.
Step 4:
Measure 30 g. The rest can be eaten :)
Step 5:
I beat the softened butter with sugar until white.
Step 6:
Then add the eggs one at a time, beating well each time. Right 3-4 minutes after each egg.
Step 7:
Then sift the flour with baking powder, salt and vanilla. I mix everything well.
Step 8:
Then add the zest and puree. Here is such a dough should turn out. The photo does not convey the real color of the test. It is a delicate light shade. And very fragrant.
Step 9:
I put it in the form. For convenience, the sides and bottom were covered with parchment paper.
Step 10:
Bake in preheated to 170-175 degrees for 40-50 minutes. I check readiness with a wooden toothpick.
Step 11:
I let it cool slightly and take it out of the mold.
Step 12:
For the glaze, mix the juice with powdered sugar, mix everything well. Approximately this consistency should be obtained.
Step 13:
Using a teaspoon, I gently apply it to a COMPLETELY COOLED cupcake.
Step 14:
I let the glaze freeze. Then it gets a beautiful matte shade.
Step 15:
And you can call everyone for tea:) Tender, moist, fragrant, bright, beautiful and just very tasty cupcake turned out.
Step 16:
We really liked it, I hope you will like it too!!! If you could hear that crackle of dough when you touch it. It's so oily, moist, but at the same time tender. And very, very fragrant!
Step 17:
I hope you liked the recipe and it will be useful. This is not at all difficult to prepare, with minimal time. And the result is simply amazing! I wish everyone a wonderful mood!
