Cooking method
On cold winter days, you always want homemade, fragrant pastries and there is not always a desire to cook something for a long time! This recipe is already lost in my cookbook, which I got from my mother, in winter I always think about this pie)You won't believe how easy and fast it is to cook a delicious cake for a tea party in the oven! This cake is very simple and quick to prepare when guests are on the doorstep and you need to bake something, spending a minimum of time on it, then this recipe is most welcome.Such a freshly baked pie has always been in my grandmother's kitchen, such a pie is always associated with my carefree childhood. It is very pleasing that to make a pie you need a minimum of products that can be found in any kitchen, and the portion turns out to be large, which is important!
The pie can be made from any jam, if the jam is very liquid, then you will need to add more flour. All you need to do is immediately turn on the oven to warm up to 180 degrees.
Beat the eggs to a fluffy foam, mix the jam with soda in a separate container very well (so that you don't feel the taste of soda later). The soda will react with the jam and begin to sizzle and foam, after everything is mixed, pour in the vegetable oil, stir, then add the beaten eggs and mix well until smooth.
Add the flour in parts and knead the dough, it should not be thick. Then pour the resulting dough into a mold (I baked in the form of 28/28) or on a baking sheet. And put it in the oven to bake for 25 minutes.
Readiness should be checked with a skewer, it should be dry at the exit. Remove the finished and cooled cake from the mold, remove the paper and cut into portions. The pie turns out delicious and very fragrant!
Such a pie can be baked at least every day.Your loved ones will like the pie, and guests will be asked to wrap a piece with them)Cook with pleasure !
