Cooking method
We break the cauliflower into small pieces. Carrots are cut into small cubes. Cut the onion into half rings.
Take a large bowl and mix cabbage, carrots, ground paprika, ground black pepper, salt and vegetable oil. Mix all this well.
We put the vegetables in a mold on baking paper. Preheat the oven to 220C. As soon as the oven warms up to the desired temperature, we put a baking tray with our vegetables there and bake for about 25-30 minutes, until the carrots become soft.
We take them out of the oven, put them in a bowl and mix with onions and parsley, pour vegetable oil and mix well. The salad is ready!!!
I recommend watching the video recipe for making this salad!
Lemon dressing is also suitable for this salad
Mustard, garlic (pre-crushed in a garlic press), lemon juice (you can use both lemons and lime), salt, pepper to taste and mix well in a bowl. Add vegetable oil to this mixture and mix well. Then add sour cream or Greek yogurt and mix well again. We put the sauce in a jar, cover it with a lid and leave it in the refrigerator for several hours.
Instead of vegetable oil, you can use this dressing. It will not only complement the salad with new flavors, but also make it more juicy.
Salad is suitable not only for a regular lunch, but also will decorate the festive table.
In addition to this salad, you can take other dressings or sauces that you like!
Bon appetit!
