Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Eggs at room temperature. Alcohol (rum or cognac) optional. Wheat flour can be replaced with nut flour. Butter on coconut. Adjust the sweetness yourself, you may want more or less sugar.
Step 2:
Dough first. Melt the chocolate and butter. Connect. Add alcohol.
Step 3:
Here is such a glossy, homogeneous mass turned out. I set aside.
Step 4:
Combine eggs with sugar and salt and mix everything. There is no need to whip. Then combine with the chocolate-butter mixture.
Step 5:
Mix. That's what happens.
Step 6:
Sift all the flour at once.
Step 7:
This is a very fragrant and chocolate dough turned out.
Step 8:
In the form in which I will bake the bottom and sides smeared with butter and sprinkled with cocoa. The bottom was covered with parchment. Poured the dough, leveled, you can bang a couple of times:) on the table, so that all the voids are filled. And I send it to a preheated oven to 160 degrees for 40-45 minutes. It is not necessary to set the temperature too high. The pie can grow a lot, and when it cools down, it will fall off.
Step 9:
I check readiness with a toothpick. Immediately after baking, a small cap is formed on the cake, but as it cools down, it will settle.
Step 10:
I let it cool completely and remove it from the mold.
Step 11:
I'll prepare the glaze. Melt the chocolate in a steam bath or in a microwave, combine with vegetable oil.
Step 12:
Everything is ready.
Step 13:
And I cover the cooled cake with icing on all sides. When the glaze cools down, it will become matte and will stick well on the cake. I didn't have enough patience :)))
Step 14:
I transfer to the form on which I will serve and you can call everyone to the table.
Step 15:
The pie is very fragrant with a rich chocolate flavor and a light alcoholic note.
Step 16:
Moist, moderately sweet and very, very chocolate!!!
Step 17:
I hope you like the recipe!!! Have a wonderful mood for everyone!!!
Honestly, I'm not a fan of chocolate desserts, but I couldn't tear myself away from it. Very chocolate, fragrant, moderately sweet, moist and with a slight rum note. Delicious!!! Chocolate lovers and more, this recipe will definitely appreciate. It's also easier to prepare. Join us!!!
