Step 1:
Prepare the plums for making delicious jam, cut in half and remove the bones. We spread the plums cut up into a large bowl and alternating layers, we fall asleep with two kilograms of sugar.

Cover the pan with a lid and put the jam in the oven for an hour and a half, which we turn on at one hundred and fifty degrees.
Step 7:
Mix the jam in the cooking process every half hour, then turn off the oven, let it stand for seven minutes with the door open and put the pan on the table.
Step 8:
Cooked fragrant amber jam in hot form is laid out in well-washed and sterilized jars.
Step 9:
We close the jars with the prepared three liters of chic plum jam with sterile lids and store them at home.
