Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients for making the cake: eggs, sugar, margarine, flour, baking powder, salt and jam. Leave margarine to soften at room temperature.

Grind sugar with eggs.

To do this, beat the eggs into a deep bowl, add sugar and beat with a whisk. It turns out that such a mixture.
Step 4:
Cut margarine into small pieces. Mix the egg-sugar mixture with margarine and salt.
Step 5:
Add flour with baking powder to the resulting mixture.
Step 6:
Knead a homogeneous soft dough.
Step 7:
Split into two unequal parts. I cooled the larger part in the refrigerator for 10 minutes, put the smaller part in the freezer for 40 minutes.
Step 8:
We take out part of the dough from the refrigerator, roll it out and put it in a baking dish, making sides. I did not lubricate the mold, the dough counts margarine and so it turns out quite fat, and then it easily comes out of the mold. Spread jam on top of the dough with a spoon. I took currant jam.
Step 9:
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. We take the second part of the dough out of the freezer and grate it on a coarse grater directly on the jam. We insert the pie into the preheated oven and bake at a temperature of 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes, depending on your oven.
