Composition / ingredients
Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients for the dish according to the list. The minced meat can be used ready-made or wound on its own in a meat grinder from fresh meat. To taste and if desired, you can use minced meat, mixed (in equal parts from pork and beef) or minced poultry meat. The second option is less high-calorie, but with minced meat, the dish will turn out juicier, fatter and tastier.
Step 2:
Peel the onion and finely chop it with a knife.
Step 3:
In a bowl with minced meat, add cooked onions and spices: salt, ground black pepper to taste. Mix the ingredients until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Step 4:
Boil the vermicelli in parallel. Pour clean water into a saucepan, add a pinch of salt. Turn on the fire. When the water boils, we lower the vermicelli into the water. Stir immediately so that the vermicelli does not stick to the bottom. When the water boils again, reduce the heat to medium and cook the vermicelli until half-cooked, about 7 minutes, depending on the cooking time indicated on the packaging by the manufacturer. Drain the water, throw the vermicelli into a colander.
Step 5:
Pour vegetable oil into the pan. Turn on the fire, heat up the oil. Spread the minced meat with onions on the butter. Fry them over medium heat, stirring constantly with a spatula so that the minced meat does not fry in large lumps, fry the minced meat with onions until the minced meat is slightly browned and the onion becomes transparent.
Step 6:
Add tomato paste and water to the pan with minced meat, mix and simmer the minced meat in tomato sauce for about 15 minutes. Instead of tomato paste, you can use fresh tomatoes, crushed with a blender in puree.
Step 7:
We send boiled vermicelli to a frying pan with minced meat. Stir and keep them on the fire together for about 10 minutes, covering the pan with a lid. The main thing is not to overdo the dish on the fire so that the vermicelli does not turn into porridge. Turn off the fire.
Step 8:
Spread the noodles with minced meat on plates, sprinkling chopped fresh herbs on top. We serve the dish to the table with fresh vegetables, salad and bread, if desired. Bon appetit!
