Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the necessary products.
Step 2:
Very carefully separate the whites from the yolks. Pour the proteins into a bowl, you can add a pinch of salt and beat first until a light air mass is obtained.
Step 3:
Gradually add sugar to the proteins in 2-3 doses and beat until stable peaks and complete dissolution of sugar. When stable peaks are reached, pour in lemon juice. Add cornstarch and cinnamon, mix.
Step 4:
Divide the resulting protein mass into approximately two equal parts. Put half of the protein mass on the parchment and smooth it out to make a circle with a diameter of 20 cm. Gently make a smooth surface.
Step 5:
Also lay out the second half of the protein mass, but arrange in the form of small peaks.
Step 6:
Send the whipped whites to dry in a preheated 150 degree oven for 1 hour.
Step 7:
After drying, let the cakes cool completely.
Step 8:
While the cakes are cooling, prepare the cream. Pour the cooled heavy cream into a cold container and beat to a creamy consistency.
Step 9:
Separate the cooled cakes from the parchment. Put some of the whipped cream on an even cake, add some berries.
Step 10:
Cover the top with a cake with peaks.

Summer dessert is amazing, and not at all difficult to prepare. The cake is covered with whipped cream (perfectly combined with the taste of meringue) and decorated with fruits or berries. A simple delicious cake recipe!
Pavlov's cake can be prepared right on the eve of the celebration or the arrival of guests. It's light and quite sweet, you can't eat a lot of it. Pavlov's dessert is best served with unsweetened black or green tea, black coffee.
To be honest, I do not know a dessert easier to prepare (except to get a cookie from a pack) than Pavlova. However, the result we get deserves three times as much effort. No, this is not meringue or meringue at all, as many believe. This is, first of all, a game of textures and flavors. When you break off a piece, pieces of crispy meringue crumble like thousands of stars in the sky, and inside you will find a dense soft mass, similar to melting marshmallows. Let's add classic air creams on cream or mascarpone and favorite fruits.
