Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Let's prepare the ingredients for the cookies according to the list. The process of making such cookies is so simple that even the youngest hostess can cope with it. And ingredients and additives can be used according to your taste and availability. Pour milk and vegetable oil into a bowl, add sugar and a pinch of salt. Instead of sugar, you can use artificial sweetener, honey or maple syrup to make cookies even more useful. Mix the ingredients.
Step 2:
Cookies from only one flaxseed flour will turn out with a rather specific taste and not everyone may like it, therefore, in addition to flaxseed flour, it is advisable to use some other flour, for example, wheat flour, if you want cookies to be with a minimum amount of gluten, then rice flour can be used instead of wheat flour. Pour into a bowl of liquid sifted and mixed in another bowl of flaxseed and rice flour with baking powder.
Step 3:
In order for the cookies to acquire a pleasant nutty taste (and to mask the specific taste of flax a little), and also to become even more useful, add a handful of finely chopped walnuts, pre-washed and dried in a microwave oven to the dough.
Step 4:
And mix all the ingredients thoroughly to make an elastic smooth dough. We collect the dough into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap and leave it on the table to rest. Then we roll out the dough into a thin layer, no more than 0.3 centimeters thick. With a curly cutting or a glass, we cut out the cookie blanks from the dough.
Step 5:
We cover a baking sheet or a cookie baking dish with parchment, lubricate it with vegetable oil and lay out the cookie blanks. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake cookies for about 25 minutes, until light blush.
Step 6:
Remove the cookies from the baking tray and serve them to the table. Bon appetit!
