Step 1:
To prepare a snack, finely chop the onion and garlic.
Step 2:
Add onion and garlic to minced meat.
Step 3:
Also add a loaf soaked in milk, a chicken egg, crushed coriander in a mortar, salt and pepper to the minced meat and mix thoroughly with your hands until smooth.
Step 4:
Lubricate the baking sheet with sunflower oil and lay out the pepper cut into rings of 2 cm.
Step 5:
In each ring of pepper we spread the minced meat tightly.
Step 6:
Cut the tomato into thin rings, which we spread with small rings of pepper on the minced meat of each portion. After that, we put the baking sheet in a preheated 180 degree oven for 45 minutes.
Step 7:
We take the baked finished dish out of the oven and sprinkle each portion of the dish with grated hard cheese. Then we return the baking sheet to the off oven for 5 minutes so that the cheese melts.
Step 8:
Sprinkle each portion of the finished dish with herbs.
Step 9:
We spread portions on a festive dish and serve it on the table.
