Step 1:
All products for convenient cookie preparation are taken at room temperature.
Step 2:
We put very soft butter in a bowl.
Step 3:
Add 150 grams of powdered sugar to the butter and mix with a spatula.
Step 4:
Beat with a mixer into a fluffy mass.
Step 5:
Add a chicken egg.
Step 6:
Add two yolks, separating the protein.
Step 7:
Beat thoroughly until smooth for 3-4 minutes. Sift 150 gr. flour, add a pinch of salt to the dough.
Step 8:
Add a little more than 0.5 chines.l. baking powder and 1 chine.l. vanilla sugar and mix well.
Step 9:
Sift the remaining flour and mix again with a spatula.
Step 10:
If the dough turned out to be a little sticky, add a little flour to it until elastic and knead with your hands.
Step 11:
Sprinkle the silicone mat with flour 0.5 tbsp.l. and spread the dough on it. Knead the dough, knead and divide into two parts.
Step 12:
We form a tortilla from the first part of the dough.
Step 13:
Roll out the dough into a thin 3 mm layer.
Step 14:
We take a mold and make blanks for cookies in the form of flowers.
Step 15:
We put the blanks in a baking sheet covered with parchment.
Step 16:
Roll out the second part of the dough into a thin layer and make blanks with holes equal in number with the resulting flowers. We put our cookies in a preheated 180 degree oven for 10 minutes.
Step 17:
We take the cookies out of the oven and begin to decorate with apricot jam.
Step 18:
Decorate with boiled condensed milk.
Step 19:
