Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Put 200 grams of butter in a bowl.
Step 2:
Add 150 grams of sugar.
Step 3:
Beat with a mixer into a fluffy mass.
Step 4:
Add one egg and two yolks to the butter and sugar.
Step 5:
Whisk until smooth.
Step 6:
Sift 150 gr into the resulting mass. flour, add a pinch of salt, 1 tsp. l. vanilla sugar.
Step 7:
Mix well.
Step 8:
Add 0.5 teaspoons of soda, which we extinguish with lemon juice.
Step 9:
Sift the remaining flour.
Step 10:
Mix well.
Step 11:
We begin to form the resulting dough, which should be elastic and not stick to the hands.
Step 12:
Turn on the oven at 180 degrees, spread the dough on the table and divide into five identical parts.
Step 13:
Each part of the dough is carefully rolled out with a rolling pin on the cake blank.
Step 14:
We make cakes of an even shape and put them in the oven for 5-7 minutes.
Step 15:
We take out of the oven and cool the finished cakes.
Step 16:
We put homemade jam in a plate.
Step 17:
We put a jar of boiled condensed milk in a bowl.
Step 18:
Add 200 gr. butter.
Step 19:
Whisk into a fluffy air mass.
Step 20:
Spread a small layer of jam on the first cake and gently smear with a spatula.
Step 21:
Cover with a second cake, on which we spread the condensed cream and distribute a thin layer, well smearing the edges.
Step 22:
On top of the cream, add a very finely chopped walnut for taste. Where the walnut is, there is always success!
Step 23:
We spread the following cakes and smear them in the order of all the previous ones. We put strawberries on the final cake.
Step 24:
The edge of the cake and sides are liberally lubricated with condensed cream so that the cake does not turn out dry.
Step 25:
Decorate the sides of the cake with walnuts.
Step 26:
Decorate the top of the cake with peanuts, which we carefully spread on the cream.
Step 27:
The finished cake needs to be put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours so that it is soaked and infused. We cook delicious, we cook simply, we prepare a cake for the holiday together at home!
