Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare simple products. We take boiled chicken fillet already. Turn on the oven to warm up at 200 degrees.
Step 2:
In a bowl, beat the eggs with milk and salt, not to foam, just mix well.
Step 3:
Add seasonings and spices that you like.
Step 4:
Sift the baking powder with flour and add to the liquid ingredients. It turns out that we have a thin dough.
Step 5:
Boiled (cooled) finely chop the chicken fillet. We add meat to our mass.
Step 6:
Grate hard cheese on a grater. Leave some cheese to sprinkle the casserole on top.
Step 7:
Add grated cheese and herbs to the dough, if desired. I added finely chopped dill. Mix everything well.
Step 8:
Grease the baking dish with odorless vegetable oil, spread our "dough" and sprinkle some more grated cheese on top. We put it in a preheated oven. Let it bake at 200 degrees for the first ten minutes, then lower the temperature to 180 and bake until ready. I have a "lazy chicken" was ready after 40 minutes. Be guided by your ovens.
Step 9:
So our casserole is ready. There is a very fragrant crust on top, the smell is simply incredible.
Step 10:
Cool a little, cut into portions and taste! Very tasty with tea. Chicken lazy turns out to be quite satisfying, you can only add fresh vegetables.
Step 11:
Cook for your health! Bon appetit!
This chicken pie can be cooked not only in the oven, but also in a slow cooker.
