Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
I prepare the necessary products for baking grain bread. The seeds are pre-soaked in cold water for 1 hour.
Step 2:
I pour vegetable oil and whey heated to room temperature into the mixing bowl. Then I add salt and a portion of sifted flour.
Step 3:
Add sugar, yeast, pour some flour again. I add the seeds and pour in the remaining flour.
Step 4:
I put the dough to knead.
Step 5:
I put the kneaded dough into a mold lightly greased with vegetable oil. Lightly sprinkle seeds on top and put in a warm place to rise for 1 hour.
Step 6:
I put the bread to bake in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 1 hour.
Step 7:
I take out the finished bread with flax seeds, sunflower seeds and pumpkin from the oven, let it stand for 2-3 minutes.
Step 8:
I take the grain bread out of the mold.
Step 9:
I put it on the grill and leave it to cool completely.
Step 10:
I cut fragrant and airy homemade bread into pieces and serve it to the table.
