Mackerel baked in mustard marinade

Prepare the mackerel for pickling – cut off the head, pull out the insides, wash well and dry with paper towels. Prepare the marinade – mix mustard, soy sauce, fish seasoning, garlic and basil. Rub the mackerel with marinade and send it to the refrigerator to marinate for at least 2 hours (preferably overnight). The longer you marinate the fish, the more fragrant it turns out.
After marinating, wrap the mackerel in foil and send it to a preheated 180 degree oven for 40 minutes. Serve with any side dish, you can with vegetables.
