Crispy oatmeal cookies without flour with peanuts and seeds

Step 1:
Grind the flakes into flour using a blender or meat grinder. Add the roasted and not finely chopped peanuts. Add ordinary sesame seeds, fried seeds.
Step 2:
Mix everything.
Step 3:
Add sugar and salt to the soft butter. Stir with a spoon. Add the egg and mix well until smooth with a fork. Add the oil mixture to the dry mixture.
Step 4:
Mix everything well.
Step 5:
Form cookies. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
Step 6:
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 170 degrees until lightly browned. Remove from the oven, allow to cool completely, remove from the baking sheet.
