Step 1:
CRUMBS: in a bowl, combine flour, cocoa, sugar, vanilla, baking powder, mix everything.
Step 2:
Put cold butter, diced.
Step 3:
Gently rub everything with your hands until crumbs form. Put it in the refrigerator.
Step 4:
FILLING: put cottage cheese in a blender, add eggs and beat until smooth.
Step 5:
Add sugar, vanilla sugar, starch.
Step 6:
Mix everything together.
Step 7:
PIE-CAKE: put parchment on the bottom of the mold and on the sides. Visually divide the crumb into three parts. Lay out one part, level out.
