Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Preheat the oven to 170°C. Mix flour with starch and baking powder. First of all, prepare the dough. Beat medium-sized eggs with sugar and a pinch of salt into a light, creamy mass (at least 8 minutes). Mix the flour mixture gently with a spatula in two steps.
Step 2:
Prepare two baking sheets with paper and put 12 circles with a tablespoon. Bake for 9-10 minutes . Cool on a baking sheet.
Step 3:
Heat the cream in a saucepan, add the chopped chocolate and stir until smooth. Cool until creamy.
Step 4:
Separate the cakes from the paper. Brush 6 cakes with chocolate, the remaining 6 with strawberry jam or marmalade. Wash the strawberries, dry them and cut them into slices.
Step 5:
Assemble the cakes: the bottom layer with jam, the middle layer with chocolate ganache.
Step 6:
Wash, cut, lay out the top layer. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve. Enjoy your meal!
The recipe is good both for home tea drinking and as a "rescue stick" when you urgently need to figure out a sweet dessert in a short time.
