Cooking method
1. We turn on the oven to warm up to 180 degrees Celsius, and at this time we begin to cook a delicious and fragrant delicacy.
2. Wash the plums, dry them with a clean towel, cut in half and remove the bones. Then we cut the halves into several more pieces along. Raspberries do not need to be washed, otherwise they will become wet and as a result the taste of the finished cake will be worse.
3. Cut the cooled butter into small cubes.
4. Take a baking dish with a volume of two liters and place the prepared plum and raspberries on its bottom, pour everything with maple syrup, gently but mix well.
5. In a small bowl, combine the sifted flour and chopped butter. Mix them with your fingers until they turn into a homogeneous crumb.
6. Add coconut chips and granulated sugar to the resulting crumb, mix everything with your hands again. It is necessary that all the ingredients are mixed / distributed evenly.
7. Sprinkle this crumb with plums and raspberries and put the mold in the oven that has had time to warm up for 20 minutes. The crumbs on top should become golden and crispy. It may take a little more time - literally 5 minutes.
8. Traditionally, crumble is served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. However, ice cream can be replaced with custard. Or just serve a crumble with hot herbal tea - it will turn out very summery, cozy and fragrant. One of the best pies for cooking in the country!
Bon appetit! Have a delicious baking and a good mood!
