Cooking method
1. First of all, you need to soak the mushrooms so that the excess salt goes away. To do this, we put the bitters in a bowl and pour cold water. We leave it for an hour. Then drain the water, dry the mushrooms.
2. Put the softened butter in a bowl, pour sugar, rub with a spoon. Then we break the egg here, pour a little milk, mix with a whisk.
3. In the resulting mass, sift flour with baking powder, mix. You can combine the ingredients with a mixer, but only at the lowest rpm. A hand whisk is also quite possible.
4. Pour the remaining milk into the dough in parts, mix thoroughly. Leave for 15 minutes.
5. During this time we will prepare mushrooms. They need to be finely chopped. Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater. Spread the bitters and cheese into the dough, mix with a tablespoon.
6. Lay out the dough into molds. If you use silicone molds, then you will not need to additionally lubricate them with oil. Molds made of other materials should still be lubricated.
7. We send the molds with the dough into the oven preheated to 180 degrees, bake for half an hour. The baking time depends on the type of oven and may vary slightly, plus or minus five minutes.
8. Remove the hot muffins from the molds, let them cool on the grill. They can be eaten both warm and cold.
Of course, the pastries turned out very tasty. You can serve it yourself, but cold sour cream or your favorite sauce will not be superfluous. Delicious with a spicy tomato-based sauce, as well as with a white spicy sauce.
Bon appetit!
