You need to add margarine to the flour and grind it to get a homogeneous dough, add separately beaten 2 yolks with 100 g of sugar to this mixture, after you stir this mixture to a homogeneous composition, you need to add separately whipped whites with soda quenched with a few drops of lemon juice. Then stir everything again until smooth – the dough is ready! Divide the shortbread dough into 2 equal portions. Half of the dough, divided into small parts, send it to the freezer so that it freezes a little. Spread the other half evenly over the base of your form, make a low side.
After you have prepared the base of the lemon pie, you can start filling.
Chop the lemon in a blender or meat grinder, after pulling the bones out of it. Add 200 g of sugar and stir! The filling for the lemon pie is ready!
Place the filling on a pre-prepared base, grate the dough that was sent to the freezer on top on a grater.
Bake lemon pie at 190 degrees for 35 minutes. Get it when ready!
