Cooking method
1. Wash and dry the leaves with a towel.
2. Put the leaves in an even layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment and dry in a slightly open oven at 80 degrees for 40 minutes.
3. Dry ready-made leaves will become brittle, they must be handled carefully. Thus, the leaves must be placed in a hermetically sealed container and sent for storage in a cool, dry place.
