1. We put the cherry blossoms in a bowl with water to remove excess salt.

3. In a small bowl, break the egg, add liquid honey, beat with a hand whisk.

4. Pour the resulting mixture into a bowl with dry ingredients, mix with a whisk until smooth.

5. Melt the butter in the microwave or in a water bath, and then add it to the dough.

6. At this stage, the bowl with the dough is covered with cling film and sent to the refrigerator for 2 hours.

7. Cherry blossoms are extracted from the water and dried with paper napkins. We put a flower in each cupcake mold and fill the molds with dough.

8. We send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees, bake for 10 minutes.
