Cooking method
1.We put the butter in a saucepan, put the chocolate here, pour hot water and chocolate liqueur, pour coffee, send it to the fire. Heat, stirring, for 2-3 minutes, until the chocolate and butter melt, the mass should become homogeneous and smooth. Remove from the heat, add sugar, mix. 
2. Sift the flour and cocoa into the cooled chocolate mixture, mix with a whisk, then break the egg, mix again. 
3. Fill the molds with dough, place them on a baking sheet, send them to the oven preheated to 160 degrees, bake for 15-20 minutes. 
4. Melt the chocolate in a water bath, then add sour cream, mix. Pour the resulting glaze over the muffins, decorate with chocolate curls if desired.
Serve on the table for tea.
