Cooking method
1. Apricot kernels are crushed with a blender.
2. Softened butter is whipped with sugar into a fluffy mass, then we break an egg into an oily mass, whisk until smooth.
3. In the resulting mass, sift flour with baking powder, add a pinch of salt,   knead a dense dough.
4. Roll out the dough into a layer about 0.5 cm thick, cut out the figures with the help of molds, put them on a baking sheet previously lined with parchment. 
5. We send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees, bake for 12-15 minutes.
We serve it on the table for tea.
