Cooking method
1. Melt the butter over low heat, and meanwhile pour flour, sugar, cocoa powder, a pinch of salt into a bowl, mix well. When the butter is completely melted, pour it to the dry ingredients, mix.
2. In the resulting mass, break the eggs, add vanilla extract, mix. The dough has become less dense, there is a shine and a smooth structure. We spread the dough on a baking sheet lined with foil, level it and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake brownies no longer than 30-35 minutes.
3. Beat the softened butter with a mixer until fluffy, then add powdered sugar, peppermint tincture and a tablespoon of milk, beat thoroughly again. In the resulting mass, add food coloring, whisk. The cooled brownie is smeared with a bright cream and sent to the refrigerator for half an hour.
4. Break the milk chocolate into pieces, put it in a saucepan, send it to a very low heat, melt it continuously stirring. Then gently introduce butter at room temperature into the chocolate, mix. We put the chocolate mass on top of the cream, level it, return it to the refrigerator to solidify for half an hour.
Ready-made brownies are cut into portions and served on the table.
