Cooking method
1. The cooled butter is chopped into small pieces, combined with flour and sugar, and ground into crumbs.
2. Add salt to the resulting mixture and break the eggs, knead the dough. We separate 1/3 of the dough and send it to the refrigerator.
3. The remaining dough is distributed according to the shape, forming the base of the pie, sprinkle with breadcrumbs. In a separate container, mix blueberry jam with fresh chopped hyssop, spread on top of breadcrumbs.
4. We crumble the cooled part of the dough with our hands on the surface of the pie. We send the mold to the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 30 minutes, the cake should be browned.
We serve the pie on the table after it has completely cooled down.
