Cooking method

1. Pour dry jasmine flowers into a cup, pour boiling water, cover with a saucer and let it brew for 5 minutes, then filter.

2. Meanwhile, beat the butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy, the mass should lighten significantly. Then we break the egg and beat it again. 

3.In a separate bowl, pour flour, soda and salt, pour skimmed cream and jasmine tea, mix, then add the butter mixture, knead a smooth homogeneous dough. 

4. Fill the cooking bag with dough and place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment.Be sure to observe a distance of more than 5 cm, as the dough will spread a little.

5. We send the baking sheet to the oven preheated to 180 degrees, bake for about 15 minutes, the cookies should be browned.  

6. Whisk cream cheese with a blender, slowly add whipped cream until we combine both substances. Add orange zest and sugar to the cream, whisk again.

7. Fill the cooking bag with cream and put the right amount on the flat side of the cookie, then cover with another cookie, so we glue them together.

8. Decorate the cakes with white chocolate after melting it in a water bath. You can also decorate the top with jasmine flowers.
