Cooking method
1. Pour coffee into a cup, pour boiling water, let it brew.
2. Pour maple syrup and strong coffee into a bowl, add softened margarine, pour flour, baking powder, oat flakes, knead the dough. The dough is soft, but not plastic, as usual from wheat flour.
3. We introduce chopped Brazil nuts and chocolate drops into the dough, mix thoroughly so that they are distributed as evenly as possible.
4. With wet hands, we form small balls, flatten them slightly and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
5. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
