Cooking method
1. In a deep bowl, pour rye flour and bran, also add flaxseed, raisins, sugar and baking powder, mix.
2. In a separate container, pour warm milk and vegetable oil, break the eggs, mix.
3. We connect the contents of both containers, knead the dough. The dough turns out to have a consistency similar to pancakes.
4. Grease muffin molds with vegetable oil, put one tablespoon of dough in each mold, sprinkle with flaxseed.
5. We send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees, bake for 25 minutes.
We serve it on the table with milk or tea, very tasty!
