Step 1:
Add salt and pepper to the minced meat. I fried the onion and garlic in vegetable oil and also added to the minced meat.mix everything well. you can add your favorite seasonings to the minced meat.
Step 2:
Defrost the dough at room temperature. roll it out a little. spread half of the minced meat. on top we put 3 eggs boiled in a steep, cut into halves.
Step 3:
Spread the remaining half of the minced meat on top.
Step 4:
Cut the dough into strips and "cover" our pie
Step 5:
Spread beaten egg on top. if desired, you can sprinkle with sesame seeds, as I did, or seasonings. we put the pie in a preheated 190 degree oven for 1 hour. I put on the 3 position of the baking sheet out of 4.
Step 6:
Our pie is ready, you can slice and eat. Bon appetit!
