Step 1:

Step 3:
In kefir, dissolve the red food coloring and mix. Pour red kefir into a bowl with eggs. Mix with a mixer. In two stages, add the dry ingredients to the red dough and mix.
Step 4:
Grease the baking dish (diameter 25-27 cm) with butter and pour in half of the dough. We send the dough to a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes. We check the readiness of the cakes with a toothpick - it should be dry (in no case over-dry the biscuit). We also bake the second cake.
Step 5:
Proceed to the preparation of the cream. Beat mascarpone (cream cheese) and powdered sugar with a mixer. In another bowl, pour very cold cream, whisk until stable peaks. Mix cream with whipped cream cheese.
Step 6:
Cut off the sides and the top of both cakes. Cut the sponge cake into crumbs.
Step 7:
The bottom cake is liberally greased with butter cream and covered with a second cake. The top and sides of the cake are also lubricated with cream. Sponge cake with butter cream sprinkle with crumbs and decorate as desired.
Step 8:
