Step 1:
Whisk the protein with sugar and vanilla sugar.
Step 2:
Gently mix the sifted flour and baking powder into the protein.

Remove the finished product from the mold and cool.
Step 5:
To make jelly, you need to get black currant berries from the freezer and defrost them.
Step 6:
Chop the berries together with the sugar into a puree using a blender.
Step 7:
Fill the gelatin with water and put it in the microwave for 1 minute to bring it to a liquid state.
Step 8:
Combine the berry puree with gelatin and pour into a mold to solidify.
Step 9:
To prepare the decor, mix marshmallow with butter and milk, put in the microwave for 3 minutes to dissolve.
Step 10:
Mix the resulting liquid mass well so that there are no lumps.
Step 11:
Pour the mass into a solidification mold.
Step 12:
For the sauce, melt the chocolate with butter. This can be done in the microwave.
Step 13:
To collect the cake, put the cake on a suitable plate.
Step 14:
Pour the cake with chocolate sauce, pre-cooling it.
Step 15:
Put blackcurrant jelly on top.
Step 16:
Decorate the product with frozen marshmallow and confectionery sprinkles.
Berry jelly can be made in advance to save time. The same can be done with the marshmallow layer. Then it will be enough to bake a cake, which is made easily, and you can quickly assemble the cake.
