Cooking method
1. Shortbread cookies are broken into small pieces, then we grind it with a blender into small crumbs. Softened butter is mixed with crumbs.
2. From the resulting mass, we form the bottom and small sides. We remove the baking dish for 15 minutes in the refrigerator, so that the base freezes.
3. Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it in the microwave or in a water bath. Beat cheese and chicken eggs with a mixer, add sugar in parts. At the end, pour out the melted chocolate and mix the whole filling again.
4. We take the mold out of the refrigerator, spread the filling and distribute it evenly.
5. We put it in a preheated oven and cook for an hour.
