Cooking method
To make cookies, we need to make dough. In the sifted flour (500 g of the total norm), add a pinch of vanilla, salt and soda. Mix with flour. Then add the softened butter (150 g of the total norm) and grind into crumbs with flour. Next, add kefir or sour cream, knead a homogeneous dough and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Prepare the filling: mix the rest of the flour (100 gr) with butter (40 gr), add sugar and grind into crumbs. Walnuts are crushed into crumbs.
Divide the dough into 3 equal parts and roll out each part into a layer. Sprinkle with crumbs and chopped walnuts. Roll into rolls, stir them on a baking sheet, grease with egg, sprinkle with crumbs and cut into equal pieces.
Bake in the oven until golden brown at 180 degrees, 30 minutes (depending on your oven).
