Cooking method
1. Cookies are broken into small pieces in a dish, then we need to chop it, you can do this for example with a blender.

4. Beat the cottage cheese with a blender to get a homogeneous mass, add powdered sugar, sour cream, starch and vanilla sugar.
5. Whisk the proteins well until a lush, stable foam forms. We introduce the proteins into the curd mass by gently stirring with a spatula, there is no need to beat with a mixer.
6.Pour the curd filling into a mold, distribute it evenly and put it in a preheated oven. We cook for 1 hour, at 180 degrees.
