Cooking method
Let's start with yeast, add yeast to warm water and leave for 10 minutes. In a bowl where we will mix the ingredients, sift the flour, preferably 2-3 times. Heat the milk, but not too much and add butter, sugar, salt, egg and vanilla to it. Cool the milk to room temperature and pour yeast into this mixture. Next, pour the mixture with yeast into the flour and mix, then begin to knead the dough on the table, adding flour if necessary. You need to knead the dough for 10-15 minutes, the dough should not stick to your hands, but you should not make it very tight either. We put the dough in a bowl and cover it with a film on top, stand the dough in a warm place for 2 hours, knead the dough and put it in a warm place for another 20 minutes. After we divide the dough into 12 parts and form buns and let them settle on a baking sheet for 10-15 minutes. We put our buns in a preheated 180 ° C oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle fragrant buns with powdered sugar. Bon appetit!
