Soak the gelatin for 40-60 minutes to swell, with a glass of cold boiled water

Preheat the milk in the microwave to 70 degrees

Pour more than half of the hot milk into the oat flakes

Cover with a plate and leave to swell (for about 10 minutes)

After 10-13 minutes, we take out the oatmeal cake and pour the curd mass on it and send it to the oven for another 10-13 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Then we take it out and leave it to cool.

Peel oranges and cut into rings

Add the swollen gelatin to 1 table.s. sugar and heat in a saucepan on fire, without bringing to a boil, with continuous stirring.
