Cooking method
1. In the microwave, we heat the kefir slightly and mix it with sugar until it completely dissolves. Add a pinch of salt. Pour in sunflower oil.
2. Sift flour and mix with yeast, add to kefir. Knead thoroughly for 5 minutes, and remove to a warm place for 1 hour.
3. Divide into identical circles, distribute jam on them and make pies, pinching the edges very well so that the jam does not leak out.
4. Beat the yolk, you can add a little milk.
5. Spread the pies on a baking sheet, brush with egg. We give the dough 15 minutes to rise again and put it in the preheated oven. Bake on medium heat for about 25-30 minutes.
