Cooking method
1. Defrost the dough, just leave it on the table for 20 minutes.
2. Roll out the dough into a thin layer, cut it into long strips.
3. Twist the tubes out of cardboard, wrap them with foil and wrap strips of dough on them.
4. Break the egg into a bowl, shake it with a fork, lubricate each tube with a thin layer using a silicone brush.
5. Transfer the tubes to a baking sheet lined with parchment, then send them to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, bake until a light golden hue appears (about 10-15 minutes).
6. Put the condensed milk in a baking bag and use the "asterisk" nozzle to fill the slightly cooled tubes with filling.
